About Us

We’ve been at the heart of the beautiful village of Bloxham, close to the village green, since the mid-16th Century, and our recent refurbishment puts us in great shape to continue this legacy.

A Grade II listed property, The Joiner’s is being sympathetically restored and bought back to its former glory, proudly showcasing many of our original features and offering a warm, home-from-home welcome to local villagers and those from further afield.

Conveniently located just 3 miles from Banbury in North Oxfordshire, we’re just a stone’s throw from the Cotswolds, and within easy access of the M40.

Inside you can dine in our stunning new orangery restaurant or grab a bite in the bar as you see fit; four-legged friends are welcome here too. Plus soak up the sun for drinks and alfresco dining on our expansive patio or hidden garden, complete with rugs for those that wish to snuggle up.

Open all day, every day, the menu at The Joiner’s Arms will feature all your favourite pub classics and legendary Sunday roasts, alongside more fine dining options and an extended grill section. Taking advantage of the local area’s abundance of great suppliers, the seasonally inspired menu with be bursting with freshly prepared dishes and seasonal specials guaranteed to tempt you.
